Surveys
Completing surveys is an excellent way to make money. What you would do is sign up to a website that does this, then every so often they would send you an email inviting you to a survey.
It would be for anything between 50p - £2. Generally, the longer the survey is, the more money your get.
Where
I use Ciao and Valued Opinions to complete surveys. Ciao have a UK only website also, but are a company all over Europe. They pay straight into your bank account. They are also a place where you can review products and make even more money.
Valued Opinions are a UK only company, and pay between £1 - £2 for each survey. They pay in the form of vouchers for many high street names.

Here are some screenshots from my online bank statement. I do the surveys when I can be bothered to, so that's why the amounts arnt so high!
I have another £5 from Ciao which I'll be withdrawing soon. I need to complete one more survey from Valued Opions to get my £10 voucher, when it comes I'll take a picture of it and stick it here!
